Growing Brave Studio values feedback and is committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality creative wellbeing supports. Feedback and complaints are welcomed as an opportunity to listen, learn, and improve.
This policy aligns with the principles of the NDIS Code of Conduct, including dignity, respect, choice and control, and freedom to raise concerns without fear of negative consequences.
Purpose
This policy explains how families can provide feedback, raise concerns, or make a complaint about services provided by Growing Brave Studio, and how those concerns will be handled.

Growing Brave Studio will:

Keep families informed of outcomes where appropriate
Complaints relating to privacy, child safety, or professional conduct will be managed in line with our Privacy Policy, Safeguarding & Child Safety Statement, and Code of Conduct.​
Where possible, concerns will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Raising a concern or making a complaint will not result in any negative impact on access to services or supports.
