Goal-Based Group sessions and Collaborations
At Growing Brave Studio, group sessions are designed with intention.
These are not generic music classes. They are creative wellbeing programs built around clear goals — supporting confidence, regulation, communication and social connection through music, movement and drama.
Every session has purpose.

What Does “Goal-Based” Mean?
Each group is structured around identified outcomes, such as:
-
Building pretend play skills
-
Developing social communication
-
Supporting emotional regulation
-
Increasing confidence in groups
-
Strengthening shared attention and turn-taking
-
Expanding expressive language
Sessions are playful — but always purposeful.

Neuro-Affirming & Strengths-Based
All programs are delivered through a neuro-affirming lens.
Children are not expected to mask, suppress movement, or conform to rigid expectations.
Instead, we:
-
Adapt the environment to support regulation
-
Follow strengths and interests
-
Scaffold participation gently
-
Prioritise connection before correction
Children grow brave at their own pace.

Who These Groups Support
Group sessions are ideal for:
-
Neurodivergent children
-
Autistic children
-
Children with ADHD
-
Sensory-sensitive learners
-
Children who struggle in traditional group settings
A diagnosis is not required — only a safe space to explore and create.

School & Community Collaborations
Growing Brave partners with schools, early learning centres, wellbeing teams and allied health professionals to deliver:
-
Term-based creative wellbeing programs
-
Small-group targeted support
-
Drama-based emotional literacy sessions
-
Regulation-focused music programs
Programs can align with school wellbeing priorities and individual learning goals.

NDIS Alignment
Where relevant, sessions can support NDIS goals relating to:
-
Capacity building
-
Communication
-
Emotional regulation
-
Social participation
-
Confidence and independence
I’m happy to collaborate with families and support teams to ensure alignment.

Growing Brave Together
When children feel safe and understood, growth follows.
They take small risks.
They connect.
They build confidence.
They grow brave.
