Policies at a Glance
A simple overview for parents and carers
At Growing Brave Studio, children’s safety, wellbeing, and dignity are at the heart of everything we do.
Below is a plain-English summary of our key policies so families can feel informed, reassured, and confident.

Sessions are child-led, strengths-based, and pressure-free
-
Clear professional boundaries are maintained at all times
-
We prioritise calm, predictable, and inclusive environments
We meet all mandatory reporting obligations under South Australian law. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect a child may be at risk of harm, concerns are reported to the appropriate authority in line with safeguarding requirements.

We respect the privacy of children and families.

Only information needed to provide supports is collected
-
Personal information is handled carefully and confidentially

We commit to:
-
Ethical, respectful, and professional behaviour
-
Acting within the scope of creative wellbeing and capacity building
-
Clear communication with families
-
Zero tolerance for abuse, neglect, or exploitation
Services provided are creative wellbeing supports, not therapy, and do not replace clinical or allied health services.
Feedback & Complaints
We welcome feedback and take concerns seriously.
-
Parents, carers, and young people can raise concerns at any time
-
Complaints can be made verbally or in writing
-
Concerns are handled respectfully, promptly, and fairly

Choice, Control & Respect
We support:
-
Family choice and involvement
-
Children participating at their own pace
-
Open communication and collaboration
